    I agree with you completely!

    I need some ideas to increase my Protein...after 7 months I've lost 117 lbs and after 3 or 4 bites I'm full and I'm not getting in much protein and losing my hair in clumps every time I wash it....any ideas?

    They gave me this Protein shots when I was in the Hospital call Healthy shots 24g they don't taste the greatest but if you freeze it and eat it as ice it'll be okay I think I'm going to order me a whole case of them I looked online for ordering
