Surgery Nov. 30th

Hi! I'm new to this app but am really scared about having RNY on November 30. I had the lap band for almost 4 years but it had to come out due to slipping. I lost 120lbs but of course when the band came out the weight came back. I feel this is my last chance to beat this weight problem for good! Any advice would be appreciated.
