My surgery has been scheduled for Dec 2. I hate the shakes, but trying to do 2 a day. Does anyone have any suggestions on other liquids? These past couple of days has been hard. What other techniques are you using?

your close to surgery, i can't remember what you can have and what you can't...but use a blender to mix ice, unsweetened almond milk and chocolate Protein powder... after surgery you can add other things like fruit to a vanilla shake and plain greek yogurt...
