  1. My surgery has been scheduled for Dec 2. I hate the shakes, but trying to do 2 a day. Does anyone have any suggestions on other liquids? These past couple of days has been hard. What other techniques are you using? Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

  4. Hi everyone. I just started my journey in February. I have passed most of my requirements and still waiting on a few. The hardest part for me has been the diet. My doctor put me on a diet of only 45 grams of carbs a day. I've stopped smoking, gave up most of my sugar (chocolate is a weakness), and switched to more natural foods. But staying under 45 grams a day is borderline torture. Any ideas or recommendations for meeting this goal but not feel like I'm starving? Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
