Popcorn

Hi everyone...Happy Holidays. Im a new sleever 3 weeks ago...started at 277 and no weigh 246 3 weeks later. Unlike most Im not super happy but Im begining to see the light...now...duh duh duh duh. I have a question.

When can I eat popcorn?????

Not movie popcorn but the light stuff???

    I had popcorn at 2 months out. I'd really caution it because it can get stuck down into the staple line if not fully healed. I've heard for some it's a slider - it wasn't for me.

    Couldn't have popcorn until after 3 mths but doctor cautions against it because it is usually consumed mindlessly. We need to be aware of what we eat and how long we eat now.
