My BMI is 37.9 I am 5’6 235. I have obstructive apnea sleep I use a Cpap, and I have high blood pressure on 4 meds. I have completed my psychological evaluation, EGD, 90 day supervised diet and got my PCP clearance and the letter for cardiac clearance My question is how likely would it be for Cigna to approve me on the first try.

If they're anything like or similar to BCBS you shouldn't have any problems getting approved the first time.

I've had 2 Surgeries through BCBS and both were Approved.

Everyone is different. My insurance denied me the first time, now it recently got approved for Dec 7. Good luck
