Eggs

Hello guys quick question...how do you guys eat your eggs while in the puree stage? Do you literally place them in blender until they're in puree or do you just eat them scrambled as is? Thanks a Ton for your help.

Soft scrambled.

I eat them scrambled- just chew very well. No problems so far. I also made an egg bake with eggs, ricotta cheese and some canned spinach (because it's soft). It was easy to throw together and is a little tastier than plain eggs. Also - not as dry.

I could have eggs right way. NUT said not to hard scramble them because they could get stuck. I usually have mine touched with the ounce of what ever is left from my dinner .

eggs are so soft . No need to blend. Just some pam spray on the pan and cook them up as you wish. Still practice chewing and small bites.
