Protein Power

I am currently 4 days post op and am wondering what's a good whey Protein Isolate to get. I know there's like a million kinds but I just kind of want to get an idea as to what would be best for us.

Yes and if you mix it with 8 oz of liquid it doesn't make thing thick either. I put a scoop into 8 oz of 1% milk when my protein count is low towards the end of the day for 29 grams of protein in a small volume.
