my first doctor visit

Went well they removed one of the draining tubes and gave me some B2 and B1 and told me I had to drink more Protein that's the reason why I don't have energy so I'm going to follow the doctor's orders and hopefully I can pick up on my energy levels oh yeah I must start walking at least 30 minutes a day now I have to kick it in to gear
