Trust me, if your dr office call and say theyve made you a second appt then that means they want you to work on why you use food for comfort if that is the case. Im not saying that is your case but you know some people emotionally eat because of childhood bad memories or bad marriage or whatever. But in our support group that meet 1 a month, we had a therapist as a guess last month and he was telling us some of the signs that they look for that they deny people or have them come for couple of appointments. When people come in and say they cant live without having their beer, or their icecream, then why would they give them thumbs up and pass them if theyre not willing to give up the bad habits
