What are your thoughts on this? Has anyone had it after surgery? What does it taste like? I'm post on 3 months.

    it is a sprouted grain bread....I haven't had it since my surgery but I had it before surgery....it's "OK".....sort of dry but didn't trigger my carb addiction.
