Protein Water

I drink BiPro Water in addition to protein shakes. I find BiPro Water a little too sweet so I dilute it with ice tea or water. 1 bottle is 90 calories and 20 grams protein.

A nice option if you need to get your protein and water in.

It is expensive, but I figure if it helps save hair and get my Protein in without a huge amount of extra calories it is worth it. I dilute it with ice tea or Water so a full bottle goes into 64 ounces of other liquid. Plus I'm saving one compared to the $20 or more dollars I spent on food daily pre-surgery.
