At the beginning, you can't. But you try. Over time, it gets easier. If you can't eat your protein, then you should drink your protein--protein shakes, Isopure, Syntrax Nectar, those types of things that also count as your fluid intake. But also start to note what types of protein you are able to eat. Can you tolerate yogurt? Cottage cheese? Have you tried that Ricotta Bake?
