I'm almost 7 months post-op and I havent lost any weight since September. I exercise and stay on my surgeon's plan 99% of the time. I guess my clothes are fitting differently, but I never took any measurements.
I'm down 114 overall and 70 since surgery, so I hope this isn't it. I have at least 60 more lbs to lose.
Other than "embracing" it, how do I break this stupid stall?
