Isopure protein drinks, you can get them at GNC. Clear liquid. They suck, but you'll get your protein and it's only one day :)

    Thanks Guys! I appreciate it. Loving the popsicles and Jello. and tea. Isopure, I just cannot tolerate. A friend told me about nectar Grab N Go. Mix with Water and really good. I ordered some of the fuzzy naval - they had great reviews on Amazon. In case anyone is interested. Have a good night!!
