Struggling

I had my surgery on Oct 21 and I'm on puree foods now. I am struggling with getting the right about of liquids, Protein and food in a day..it takes me over an hour to get a Protein shake down and I sip on Water throughout the day. I rarely feel hungry and make myself eat something in between, but it just doesn't seem like it's enough. Any advice would be great.

It takes time. I was worried I wasn't getting enough down in the beginning. You're still healing and inflamed right now. It gets better. I promise. I am 7 weeks post op. I still have trouble getting 6

It takes time. I was worried I wasn't getting enough down in the beginning. You're still healing and inflamed right now. It gets better. I promise. I am 7 weeks post op. I still have trouble getting 64 oz of Water down a day but I feel great. So glad I had the surgery.
