Priority Health insurance

My Dr. mentioned at my last appt that she has to be very thorough because my insurance company, priority health, goes over her notes carefully. Whereas some insurance companies don't. Does anyone out there know if Priority Health has a high denial rate? I'm so worried after going through all of this that I'm going to get denied. :(

I think all insurance companies demand that everything be in order. I have aetna, and they had many rules before I could be approved. Just make sure you do exactly what your surgeon's office tells you do to. I was not allowed to gain any weight during my pre op months. There are a lot of pre op testing you need to do as well, including a psych. evaluation. Most insurances require it.
