New here

Hey. I wanted to meet some new people who has went on this journey as well and maybe have a support group because God knows I need one.

I had the surgery 3 years ago, the most I lost was 80 something lbs. I have gained weight back. I'm not sure what I weigh now, but depression and just a horrible look on life is back. I did get pregnant and gained some back then, and now I'm back in my dark hole where I was before. I go back to see my surgeon on the 17th. I am starting my diet that I was on right after surgery and hoping that sparks up something and my body is like oh yeah that's what we are suppose to be doing. Idk.

I am ready to try this again, and I'm so ready to see what my doctor says and has some input for me to do. Hopefully he slaps me and is like get it together or something lol. Idk but something has got to give I'm so ready to be active (which btw I never got the energy they talked about) but I think depression had a lot to do with that. But we will see!!

I am Rachel, 30 year old mama. My baby girl, cats and I live in Northeast, TN.

It will get better. Get your depression treated right away. You can't take care of yourself if you aren't in the mental state to do so. Then, start by logging everything you eat on myfitnesspal.com. That will help you figure out where your biggest issues are.

You're going to be fine.
