I would say 8ozs for protein shake but I wouldn't worry if more than that. You can have decaf tea (hot or iced), Powerade Zero, Vitamin Water Zero, sf popsicles... usually any clear non caloric liquids.

Is your diet full liquids? That's what mine is and in addition to all listed I have Greek yogurt (Okios triple zero) and small curd cottage cheese.

Yeah what I listed is pretty much what my info sheet says and what they said in the class, I think they're just blanket instructions. Maybe I will add one yogurt like yours a day. I had a cup of decaf coffee with sugar free creamer which they approved and that seemed to help a lot.
