thanks! :wacko: i'm trying hard! she took away everything white... sugar, flour, potatoes etc... i'm down to 1000 calories a day. it's not an insurance necessity really, just something she wanted me to try first... which is irritating seeing as how i've already tried all this... but what can you do :)

Good Luck Liz. Part of that is that they might want to see if you are able to follow this diet, since after surgery you would have to follow a diet also. Think of it as good practice for later. Good Luck, I know you can do it.. If it gets hard come to this site, there is some very good support here.
