Day 3 still feeling great. Stitches out today, then going site seeing. Folks in Tijuana, must try beef broth -- most try only chicken, the beef one rocks!

    Welp group I'm finally home! Had surgery 1/11 but i had to spend an extra day on the hospital. White blood count was too plus I couldn't drink anything or keep anything down. Fortunately i took a turn for the better this morning and i was released. So far pain is manageable. Please every remember to walk walk walk after surgery to help with gas. It really helps!!!

    10 days out and had my "two week" followup. Everything looks super and I'm down 10.5lbs already! I'm so excited about this and thrilled that I'm on the trick I want to be on!
