Well my Dr pushed me to RNY last Halloween

Thats why I have not posted on this site .

But I still get e-mails that ya miss me

Well I went in Halloween at a weight of 335 lbs on a 5'9" frame

As of Sept 1st I weigh 206 lbs on that same frame

I 've worked out at a gym every month since surgery and have no lose skin to speak off

Went from a 56 pants to a lose 38 3 xl shirt to a medium
