I also put a few tablespoons of peanut powder(jiff) it adds about 9 g of Protein to my smoothie, so 20 g for smoothie powder, 8g for milk and 9 for peanut powder gives me 37 g of protein by the end of morning. plus smoothie counts as liquid as well. Almost half way there :D
