It is completely normal to be nervous. I had my surgery on 10/5/16, and I was a complete bundle of nerves. But once you have surgery it's a whole new world. This is the first step of a brand new journey. Congratulations on your decision to become healthy. :)

Water water water....walk walk walk. Thats all i can say right now because everyones dr has them doing something different. I had surgery 11 days ago and im here to say my dr walked with me the entire process. From the 3 days i spent in the hospital, where as ive heard so many people being sent home the very next day or their dr didnt do another upper gi to make sure their pouch wasnt leaking.
