Okay, here goes

Hello,

I was banded 9 weeks ago by Dr. Rick Fromm in Dalton Georgia (part of Dr. Jaime Ponce's group). No complications from surgery and doing well postop. Haven't had a fill yet and down 42 pounds. Life is good;) Tamara

I was banded 12/02 by Dr. Rick Fromm in Dalton, too! He is absolutely great!

To date, almost 7 months later, I have lost 65 1/2 pounds!

WONDERFUL weight loss! How are you doing it? I'm 3 weeks post-op and I haven't lost a pound since the first week. What am I doing wrong?

Melly:confused:

Use these rules:

Protein first...

Veggies second...

A dab of carbs, if you still have room.

Stop when you're full.

60-70 ounces of Water per day.

Never get hungry! It's great!

I even occasionally splurge, and still lose weight. By splurge, I mean eat something sweet.

I've gone down 8 inches in the waist, 2 shirt sizes, and 3 suit sizes. My shoes are even loose!
