Over a year post op

This is my mothers journey and I am so proud of her. Starting weight 145kg current weight 74kg

This was done just over a year ago with exercise every single day. Age has no limit when deciding to change your life around. This is the happiest and healthiest I have ever seen my mum???? 53 years old and fitter than myself a 25 year old. You look amazing mum❤
