Hi. I just had mine last week. They asked me a lot of questions regarding my health. Then I met the DR and he answered my questions and told me what surgery he recommended. Then I met with the insurance representive so she could tell me what my health insurance required. Then I got my first NUT appointment date. It was pretty easy. Good Luck!
