Hungry already?

My surgery was September 12th, so just shy of of a month, and I'm feeling hungry again. It's easy to ignore this hunger, but I'm surprised that I'm hungry at all. I thought with the removal of the ghrelin-producing part of the my stomach, it would be months before I was hungry again.

Has anyone else experienced hunger so quickly?
