I am 10 days post-op as well. I have been getting 64 fl oz of Water in every day since Day 3 post-op. It takes me all day, though. I have noticed in the past few days that I can take bigger sips (actually approaching what I would call a gulp now).

I'm not really hungry ever, either. I was taking in about 40 grams of Protein each day until yesterday, and I have graduated to 50 grams. That comes in the form of one Protein shake (30 grams), one 4 oz serving of Cream of chicken Soup with 1/2 scoop of unflavored Protein powder (10.5 grams), and 1 cup of broth with 1/2 scoop of unflavored protein powder (10.5 grams). Other than that, I really don't "eat" anything else in a day.

Yesterday, I got to 325 calories which is the most I have been able to get in since the surgery. My nutritionist said not to expect to top 500 calories until I move past purees (which isn't until Day 21).

I hope this helps. Good luck!

Im guessing I'll need to invest in a Protein powder. Thanks for the information!!!

Protein powder is your best friend. I like the premier Protein shakes, too. I was just allowed to move to those yesterday, (hence the extra 10 grams of protein) and they are a welcome addition to my "food" repertoire!
