I lost 9 lbs in one week!

I am so excited I have not seen a doctor yet but have been making conscious decisions on what and how much I eat! I just went for my new DOT PHYSICAL and am down from 472 now I am 463!!!!

It physically and mentally prepared me for the surgery and its dietary requirements better than anything could. (Plus it helps that you can see significant weight loss when you are recovering from surgery. Somehow that makes everything better...)
