Possible infected sutures

Hi just had a surgery on the 3rd of October this year. I'm on day 3 post op and my sutures hurt, especially the biggest one. Did anyone else have this problem?

    @@nsunga Are they swollen, red around the areas or hot? If they're just sore, that's okay, mine hurt for at least a week. If you really think they're infected, you should call your surgeon and be seen immediately.
