Hi all, I was sleeved 9/19 and I'm suppose to still be in the liquid phase but my dietician said I can't have some chicken and veg Soups just puréed and some Beans but puréed so I guess she is going to tell me tomorrow when I go see her that I'm heading to next phase of purees.
My worry is...while making the the chicken and veg Soup I tried a piece of the chicken (I know I shouldn't have
) but I chewed for a long time... no pain or discomfort, I was totally fine.
Then I tried some red pepper .. felt totally fine
Now I'm starting to moved outside of my phase which I shouldn't and tried scrambled egg whites .. went well.
Any solids Iv tried this week have been totally fine and although I know i shouldn't be doing it I'm worried. Why am I ok to eat solids when I'm not suppose to? I need to stop trying I know! Do u think I could have stretched out my pouch a bit already ? I'm going to tell my dietician the truth tomorrow when she asks but just wanted to see if others had similar mishaps.
