Full liquids

I was just cleared today for full liquids. I noticed it's harder to get in the fluids & rote insurance & I could only eat a few bites of food throughout the day. Logic tells me this makes sense as they are more dense foods but is the normal and how long does it last, I'm already struggling to meet my goals. This I did not expect, nor was I prepared for.....
