Tomorrow it will be a week since my drs office has sent over my info.... I emailed my insurance company and all they said is they have no record on file of any pre-authorization..... I think I'm going to have to call and ask to speak with the person reviewing my chart directly...... I don't want to be a pest but I want to make sure that they got all of my info!!!

I waited a week, then called every 2 days. At 2 weeks asked the Dr if they've heard back and they reached out. Just approved today at 3 weeks

I called the insurance company yesterday after a week and found out my file never made it there. Called my drs office and she told me she had just resent my file that morning. Not sure i believe that. I will call the insurance company again tomorrow to confirm my file did actually make it there. Frustrating.
