I'm two months out and have a couple times had just a tiny bit of hot sauce in the last week or two. No issues. I'm on prescription antacids, so that probably helps keep heartburn away. It is difficult to not drink for 30 minutes when something is really spicy.

I love it and have had no issues with it from early on. Some people don't tolerate spicy foods, so there is no way to know until you try it. :)
