Still waiting for appts

October is tomorrow and I have the info session June and this waiting game is so painful

Question how long did you wait until your first set of appts?

I know there is the nutritionist, surgeon, nurse and psychologist

What can I be doing in the mean time? I've already dropped 15lbs in June that's not much but it's something. I'm just so frustrated with everything and it's a huge waiting game

Thanks

It honestly took a while for my first set. I had to go to a big overview session before they let me call for an appointment. These were held twice a month. For the first appointment they didn't like to answer phones, so you have to leave a voicemail - took them over 2 weeks to call me back. The first appointment was a group meeting which was almost a month later. After that I was able to get my appointments monthly without a problem. It was just getting in that was a pain in the rear.

You can always try to call and move things along! My office was very slow and towards the end I called them 2x a week make sure they submitted to insurance.

My surgeon's office was great. I had my first appt within a couple weeks of my initial call. I have not had the problem of the not answering that I have seen so many others comment on.
