I am going on a business trip to London for 8 weeks and leave tonight. I'm 10 weeks post-op. I plan to bring my GENEPRO with me but assume I can get things like Greek yogurt as easily as here? I will be in an apartment with a full kitchen so am confident I will stay on track but am looking for some reassurance that my whole world won't be turned upside down by not being able to find the staples I have relied on so far.
