band issues

Hi, I've had my band for almost 4 years. I lost about 50 lbs total and I have gained back 30 of that. I got pregnant 6 months after my band and did fine throughout my pregnancy. I even breastfeed my son for a year afterward. I really think that breastfeeding boosted my weight loss. I had some problems and my band slipped and I have had nothing but trouble ever since. I go for a fill and its too much and i have to get it unfilled and gain weight. I'm seriously thinking about getting a revision to the sleeve. Any pointers? I feel like such a loser, but I so tired of being overweight. I feel like this is my best option. I really am at a point that I hate my band.

Had my revision two days ago. I'm glad to be done with my evil band! So far, it hasn't been too bad. Getting discharged today and ready to get moving down on the scale.

Great news. I seen a dr here and he told me he would remove the band and then I could have the sleeve 6 months later.

Great news. I had mine revised to a bypass. Wish I'd done it sooner. I had all kinds of issues after having my son. Could barely swallow water in the mornings and no restriction in the evenings. Bad acid reflux...would wake up choking and gasping for air. Eventually it stopped working altogether and wouldn't fill. I am mad at myself for not looking into revision sooner.
