What do you use it for?

I'm going to check this out if my phone let's me add anymore apps lol

Downloaded this app last night, it's awesome [emoji4] Wish I'd known about it when I started my journey. Anyone pre surgery should defs download it, if you like apps and find tracking cathartic like I do [emoji4]

I use it to track my food intake and my weight loss. It is a great app! I never paid attention to the recipes. I guess I need to take a closer look!
