Stress fracture

So im waiting on my insurance company and figured i would keep working out. Now im still waiting and cant do anything as i have a stress fracture.... hopefully this wont slow me down

    You can move. When I was pre-op and immobile, I got an exercise peddler and pedaled with my hands while watching tv. You could look for chair exercises. Are you allowed to swim?
