Belly binder for incision

So I had surgery on Monday 9/19 everything went well, I'm now day 5 out I'm feeling tons better gas pains come and go and mainly in my shoulders. My question is, since day 3 when I get up I have to hold my belly. One of my incisions next to my belly button feels like its pulling because of the weight of my belly. They gave me a belly binder to where and yea it does help for the most part but I have to wear it in order to not hold that part if my stomach ... Has anyone else had this problem and how long did it last ? TIA

I had my sleeve on 09/19/2016...

I am fighting this same feeling since last night and I was not given a belly binder..

I feel this pulling sensation ANYTIME I move a certain way...

If I am not laying down, I am having to hold it just to maintain the pulling... its driving me crazy and makes me feel like something is wrong... ugh!
