Standing too long - Nausea

I am 6 days post-op VSG, and I work from home. When I stand too long, my stomach really starts bothering me and sometimes I get nauseous. Obviously I JUST had the surgery, but I'm just wondering if this happened to anyone else. Still some discomfort in my stomach and bloating/swelling, but I am down 10 pounds already, which is crazy.

Thanks for your help

I am 5 days out today and was standing for about 15 minutes yesterday when I started feeling nausea as well. Glad to know I'm not the only one. I truly believe its from the lack of food in the beginning and our bodies readjusting to the new one. Just make sure to rest when you feel you need it and move around when you have the energy. Thats what my surgeon told me...
