Beyond Frustrated

So I first decided I wanted this surgery when I went to a seminar in June. I filled all my paperwork out then and scheduled my first appointment in July. That got rescheduled by the office for September, and now I find out that the doctor has medical issues and is no longer performing surgeries. I know he can't help that, but its so frustrating to wait this long just for my first preop! Now I have to start ALL over with a new doctor in October. Anyone else feel like they have problems straight out the gate? Rant over.

I had delays due to financing issues. Although the process took longer than I had hoped, everything worked out great in the end. I believe I had the surgery when it was supposed to happen.

I know it is frustrating. The key to getting through the preop phase is to practice polite persistence and patience.

It will be with it.
