Surgery buddy 10/6/16

Hey all. I've never posted on here before but I've been reading since February. I've been approved and my sleeve surgery is scheduled for 10/6. Anyone else out there scheduled for similar date? Im 34/M, 5'10,281 lbs. I live in Maryland and having my surgery at Washington hospital center. It'll be cool to meet someone who has the same/similar date.

    Hi. @@flesteresq I had mine on October 11th. I had mine in Ashland Kentucky and had a fairly ok recovery so far. I'm still on the liquid phase so hoping the other phases go as smoothly. My issue is getting in the liquids though. Hope your recovery is going easy!

    Hey @kyboo1972. Glad to hear things are okay. The liquids was hard for me in the beginning but it gets easier. Each day you'll notice it gets easier and easier to get liquids in. Everything is going well for me now. I'm now allowed soft foods which is great even tho I can only do a bite or two.
