Headache 4months post op

I've if a headache for 3 days. Tylenol is not working. I used to get migraines pre op but haven't had one post. This is not a migraine. I don't think I'm dehydrated, I haven't had issues getting my fluids or eating. Was wondering if anyone else has had headaches that last awhile.

I got migraines post op when the pain meds (narcotics) were wearing off. Haven't had one since. So, headache is different than your migraines? May be dehydration, try drinking a lot of Water to see if it helps.

Ct scan came back fine, not dehydrated. Just a headache. Er dr said since Tylenol can only be take. Now post op some people it doesn't help. It never helped me before didn't think it would now. So I just have to endure it. At least nothin major
