I didn't have one post sleeve. My surgeons opinion on them is they make you comfortable short term but long term they weaken your supporting stabilizing muscles because you aren't using them you are using the band/compression for support. Perhaps that is what has happened? Maybe a few hours at a time would encourage those muscles to work and get stronger and you can wear less and less?

I loved mine. I wore it on and off the first 2 weeks after surgery. I don't feel the need to wear it anymore. During the first few days, it helped a lot!
