Are you following your diet and getting in all the requirements plus small excersizing if so then your just like me lol i stall every 2 weeks and then drop for a few days and then stall again another 2 weeks and thats how its been since surgery 6/13 and no matter what i do increase decrease it doesnt help ill bounce around the same 2lbs till it just decides today is the day to drop them but if you are doing what your suppose to stay encouraged and keep doing it

@@specialkiddomom You most likely gained Water weight. It could be constipation, too much sodium, not enough fluids, etc. Follow the program - track everything you are eating and stay within the guidelines. Don't worry about a stall now and again - your body needs time to adjust. You've done great so far - keep it up!

55 pounds in 4 months is FABULOUS! That's the kind of stuff dreams are made of. I'm 2 weeks post op and hope I do as well as you. Congrats!
