Hair loss

I had my surgery done May 25. I've been losing a lot of my hair. What have any of you taken for it. Does hair, skin, and nails work?

There are so many posts here, thousands, about hair loss. Personally, I used every product out there, Biotin Toppix, expensive shampoos, etc. I lost hair from five months for 11/2. Years. I bought a great wig which was a lifesaver. I now have a healthy head of hair again, but my advice is to have a wig ready. Hair will thin and I don't think the extensions would work as they would pull more hair out. I wish you no hair loss!
