Seafood is a wonderful, healthy Protein source. Just make sure that it is of a consistency that you can tolerate at your level.

I tolerate seafood pretty good. Much better than chicken. Neptune salad with a little old bay is a favorite of mine and is pretty easy on my stomache. Lobster salad is pretty good also.
