Tomorrow's the big day!

I am so excited and frightened, tomorrow is my surgery and i still cannot believe that this is what i am doing. It will be outpatient. Any advice for pre and post op (yes ive been reading over the boards but want a single thread here i can refer to)? Any calming words of advice?

Your work for now is done.

Take a deep breath and do-------absolutely nothing.

You have done the really hard part. You have recognized your obesity. You have taken responsibility for it and have acted. You have read , researched, listened and learned You have jumped through the hoops. You have done the pre-op diet. You completed all of the pre-op consults.

Now it is time to "let it go". It's your surgeon's turn to do his part of your bargain.

So, for tonight-- do-----absolutely nothing except get some sleep.

And tomorrow? It gets real.

Meet you on, "The Losers' Bench".

Now, GOOD NIGHT! :)

I'm pre-op but I agree completely with Valentina! Relax because tomorrow your life and health change for the better. Congratulations and best wishes !!
